Are all products sold here halal and cruelty-free?
Yes. All products we sell are halal-certified and cruelty-free, sourced from trusted brands such as Wardah.

 

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and debit/credit cards through PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices can be displayed in your local currency, but all payments are processed in AUD (A$).

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email and available on your order status page.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties that may be charged according to their country’s regulations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?
We only accept returns or refunds if the item you receive is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof.

After reviewing your case, we will offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
